Order Cancellation Policy

We will process your refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the Order, and no additional fees will be applied.

Digital Goods

Recurring Digital Goods and Subscriptions (“Subscription”)

Your payment for Subscription services will automatically renew at the end of each cycle. You can cancel your Subscription at any time by emailing our support team. Cancellations will be effective the day after your cancellation request is made, and access to the Subscription and/or services will be discontinued. Please note, cancellations do not entitle you to a refund or credit for any part of the current Subscription cycle.

One-Time Digital Goods

You can cancel your Order within 7 days of purchase, without providing a reason, by contacting our support. If a purchased Digital Good fails to perform as described, contact support for an examination of your claim. If deemed justified, we will provide a refund. Please note that refunds will not be granted in the case of purchase abuse.

Digital Services

Due to the unique and personalized nature of Digital Services, returns and refunds are handled on a discretionary basis. We retain full discretion in assessing cancellation requests. Consideration will be given to factors like the Terms of Use and whether the Digital Services were executed to our standards. Cancellations may be requested for incomplete Orders up to 7 days after placement. For completed Orders or milestones, cancellations must occur within 3 days after delivery or notification.
